You'll learn to read a song like a map.
Every song has a structure. Once you can hear it, you can build a strategy around it. Post add-on. Pre add-on. Cutting. Drop in. Four techniques, and you'll know exactly when (and why) to use each one. So every movement lands right on the music. Chills. Every time.
You'll build playlists that actually tell a story.
Picking a great song is one skill. Putting songs in the right order? Whole different science. You'll learn why every class needs a Statement Song, why the Wrap-Up Song matters just as much as the first, and how to shape the arc in between.
You'll play with time.
Acceleration. Deceleration. Faster on purpose. Slower on purpose. (Spoiler: this is where the magic is.)
You'll lead the room like you own it.
Your voice. Your gestures. How to hold a room, read the energy, and lift it until the whole space feels electric. With the mic, and without it.
You'll create your ow Flow.
In the Inside Flow Factory, you build a Flow from scratch. Your song. Your build-up. Your Flow. Then you share it and get feedback straight from YoungHo and the group. Yes, it's a little scary. Yes, it's the best part.
You'll do real work on your teaching.
Homework challenges throughout the training. No exam, no pressure test. Just real growth you'll feel the very next time you step onto your mat in front of a class.

Who can attend?
Every teacher who has completed an Inside Flow teacher training. It doesn't matter if you trained last year or years ago.
Do I need to be at a certain level?
No. this training is a great next step for any level.
How many credits will I earn?
You'll earn 50 TRC, which count toward your Inside 500 path.
Is there an exam?
No exam. You'll have homework challenges throughout the training, so the focus is on real growth in your teaching.
Where is the training?
The training takes place in Las Vegas, Nevada. The venue will be announced soon, and registered participants will be the first to know. We recommend waiting to book your hotel until then so you can stay close by.
Are travel and accommodation included?
Travel, accommodation and meals are booked separately and are not included in the training price.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. You can choose 3 monthly payments of $333 at checkout.
What is the refund policy?
All registrations are final and non-refundable. If participant has purchased a ticket to the Skill Upgrade Training, no refunds will be offered for any reason once ticket has been purchased.
